What you get
Four deliverables, none requiring the replacement of existing software.
Public search and validation
A single field: name, address or number. Immediate answer: valid until…, expired since…, revoked.
Field inspector view
The same QR opens the full file for an authenticated inspector: official number, history, non-conformities, notes — which they can add to on site.
Map and dashboard
Your territory by type and status. What expires in 30, 60, 90 days.
Exportable annual report
Issued, active, expired, revoked — by type and area, with a fingerprint making the report reproducible.
What stays with you, what becomes public
The boundary is declared per attestation type, applied at import, never crossed afterwards.
What we do not do
Saying it plainly saves everyone time.
We do not replace your permit software
Your management system remains the source. We publish its proof, nothing more.
We decide nothing for you
No automatic revocation, no penalty. An expired attestation is shown as expired: that is all.
We never publish your internal data
Inspection notes stay with you, erasable, in line with Québec privacy law.
